We want you to love your glow. If you are not completely satisfied with your Oak Essentials purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges on all products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack Your Products

  Securely place your items in the original packaging or a sturdy box and attach the prepaid label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
